I’m Molly — a brand strategist and fractional CMO who has spent a career on both sides of the table: agency and in-house, founder and advisor, storefront and spreadsheet.

My work sits where brand meets growth. Most companies I meet don’t have a marketing problem — they have a clarity problem. They’re saying six things well instead of one thing unforgettably. I help teams find the true, specific, defensible thing they are, then build the systems, creative and cadence to say it everywhere.

I founded We Are Unicorns, a brand and growth studio, and sold it to Hawke Media. I own Assembly Coffee Co, a Ballard coffee shop, gallery and gathering space. I came up in outdoor and action sports at evo. I host the Outliers Project podcast, and I sit on boards and advise startups building for the outdoors and for people who have historically been left outside of them.

I work best with founder-led teams in outdoor, consumer, hospitality and community-driven business — companies with a real point of view and not enough time to articulate it.
